Launched in 2023, Fierce is a personal finance app that helps users manage their money from a single, easy-to-use platform. It combines banking, investing, and saving, making it simpler to manage money and grow wealth. With tools that guide users through financial decisions, Fierce supports smarter choices and clearer steps toward financial goals, all with the security and innovation users need.

In this project, I took on a dual role, collaborating with the Brand Design and Consulting team at R/GA to shape Fierce's brand voice while also crafting the in-app copy as a systems copywriter.
​
Fierce's brand voice strikes a balance between empowerment and empathy, addressing users' unique needs while always aiming to uplift them. The writing is both powerful and considerate, which makes it pretty different from others in the fintech space. No matter the message, the focus remains squarely on the users.
​
With the brand voice established, I focused on creating a seamless copy experience that welcomes users and encourages them to explore everything Fierce has to offer. This included crafting clear messaging that explains how Fierce can benefit them and writing UX copy that guides users through each step of the onboarding process to the actual management of their finances and the buying and selling of stocks and alternative investments like cryptocurrencies.
