I wrote that, and the rest you see here.

The goal of the American Express Careers website redesign was to promote opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company. The messaging encourages individuals to find roles that match their skills and goals, with a strong focus on career development and work-life balance.

The tone of the copy is professional yet approachable, emphasizing inclusion, innovation, and a supportive work environment. It aims to inspire potential candidates by highlighting the company’s values, commitment to diversity, and the benefits of working at American Express.

The second phase of the AMEX revamp entailed recruiting real-life #TeamAmex colleagues for a series of testimonial videos and posters. I was responsible for creating the recruitment questionnaire, selecting potential candidates, and directing them remotely after the final roster was confirmed. After filming, I worked with our content studio to shape the narrative for the videos now featured on the site and other media.

I drummed up the copy for these banners, which eventually became full-fledged commercials.
